We do not save your data

QuickScan does not store your scans, QR codes you create, or any personal information on our servers. There is no account to sign into and no database of your activity on our side. Everything runs on your phone or tablet only, while you use the app.

This app is meant for everyone. The words below explain, in simple terms, what the app can use on your device and why. If you are younger, you may want a parent or guardian to read this with you.

How the app works

When you scan or create a QR code, the work happens on your device. We do not send your scan results or images to our own computers over the internet. When you close the app or move on, QuickScan does not keep a saved history of what you scanned for us to read later.

What your device may allow the app to use

Sometimes the app needs permission from your phone to do its job. None of this is uploaded to QuickScan for storage.

Ads

You may see ads from Google. Google handles those ads under their own rules. QuickScan still does not save your scan content on our servers.

Who can use this app

People of any age can use QuickScan. Because we do not collect or save your personal data on our side, there is no profile we build about you in this app. Younger users should still follow good online safety habits (for example, checking with a trusted adult before opening unknown links).

Updates to this policy

If we change how the app works, we may update this page. The date at the top will change when we do.
